Steamed cheese cake
100 gm cream cheese
60 gm sugar
2 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil (I use corn oil)
90 gm Cake flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Take the cream cheese and put it in a bowl and beat it with a whisk until softened. Or you can microwave it to softened it.
Pour sugar into the cream cheese and mix well.
Add an egg into the mixture and mix and then the second egg and mix.
Add in milk and vegetable oil and mix well.
Sift in the cake flour and baking powder into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into paper muffin cups.
Heat up the steamer. I use rice cooker to steam. After it is heat up, put in the paper cups.
Steam for about 10-12 minutes. Use a toothpick or chopstick to see whether it is fully baked.
