Moist chocolate cup cake

• 180 g Butter
• 200 g Castor sugar
• 200 g Full cream evaporated milk
• 2 Eggs beaten lightly (use hand to beat only)
• 100 g All purpose flour (I use Cap Ros)
• 50 g Cocoa powder (the more quality cocoa, the more fragrant cocoa taste)
• 1/2 tsp Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1. Combine castor sugar, butter, evaporated milk, vanilla extract/essence in a small pot. Stir using in a low heat until sugar and butter is melted. Put it aside.
2. Add the eggs that has been beaten into the combination wet ingredients (Step 1) just now.
3. Combine all dry ingredients such as cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and baking soda and sieve into a large bowl. Pour the eggs mixture into the combination dry ingredients and stir well.
4. Heat up steamer.
5. Pour the batter into cupcakes liner and put into the steamer.
6. Steam over high fire for 15 mins.
